We deliver on Wednesdays and Fridays. To receive a Wednesday delivery, place your order by 4:00pm on Sunday. To receive a Friday delivery, place your order by 4:00pm on Tuesday.

Yes. The launch menu allows duplicates, so you can keep it simple or mix the whole week up.

You can update the next week's meals until the weekly cutoff. After that the box locks for dispatch.

Delivery is fixed at £7.99 per week and added separately at checkout.

Billing runs weekly. The saved payment method renews the subscription and your selections roll into the next cycle unless you change them.

Yes. Cancel or skip any week before that week's cut-off (Sunday 4pm for Wednesday delivery, Tuesday 4pm for Friday delivery) and you won't be charged or sent that box — that's around a week's notice. After the cut-off your meals are already being prepared, so that box can't be changed, cancelled or refunded.

Every box is freshly cooked to order, so once it's past its cut-off and in preparation we can't refund it. Cancel or skip before the cut-off (about 7 days before delivery) and there's no charge — or a full refund if you'd already been billed. If something's wrong with your order, email hello@malikbutchers.com and we'll put it right.

Each plan includes a set number of steak meals (more on bigger plans). Want more? Add extra steak from your account for £1.50 per meal, charged to your saved card when that week's box locks. Stay within your included steak and there's nothing extra to pay.
